The last seven years were spent collaborating with Alan Tanksley at Alan Tanksley, Inc. For more than a decade, Shawn has been responsible for the design and production of an array of high-end projects for some of the world’s most distinguished clientele. Shawn is experienced in general construction, interior architecture and detailing, project management including decoration, with a strong interest in furniture design.
Southern Heritage Developers was founded by Will Futch and Scott Schuck in 2018. They specialize in equine property development, including barns and houses, and pride themselves on their communication with clients and setting realistic expectations for them. Thomas “Tommy” Turner has been a Marion County, Florida, resident since 1979. His mother’s passion for horses led him to the horse industry at a young age. Growing up on a farm, he learned many farm skills. Years of operating his family farm and learning what the needs and requirements are to contain livestock in a safe manner opened a gate to the industry. In 2009 he started building fences professionally in Marion County. Through continued education, research, and development, Tommy pushes to stay on the cutting edge of design and innovation.
